My hubby Todd very willingly demonstrates for us the modified Big Love restorative yoga pose and supported shivasana using Rainbow Foameez soft yoga props – go here to learn more about Rainbow Foameez. The ‘Be Still’ meditation came to me awhile back while meditating. I now offer it or suggest it to my At-home yoga students and Reiki clients alike to use often while focusing on their breath. Focus on the 3rd eye centre – also known as your mind’s eye – and third eye chakra…breathe and repeat the words ‘Be Still’ – and see the words in your mind – visualize – strengthen your visualization skills, stick with it, breathe, keep going, repeat it over and over and over, ‘Be Still’, ‘Be Still’, ‘Be Still’, ‘Be Still’….and so on. Relax. Breathe. Rest.
